The Real-Time SDK is offered as a monthly license subscription with usage-based tiers, from startup-friendly plans to enterprise-scale agreements. Each plan includes:
  • Support for on-premise deployment
  • A monthly allowance of processing minutes
  • Access to all of our models
Enterprise plans can also include:
  • Custom audio evaluations
  • Priority access to new models and beta features
  • Volume-based commercial terms
SDK usage is measured by the duration of audio processed (not session uptime), with millisecond-level granularity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Usage is calculated based on the duration of the audio processed by the engine.For example, if your application is open for 1 hour but you only process 10 minutes of conversation, you are deducted 10 minutes from your quota.
The SDK will continue to work even if you exceed your monthly minute allowance.If your usage goes beyond your plan, our team will reach out to discuss the best path forward, typically by moving you to a higher-allowance tier that matches your usage.
Self-service usage monitoring for the SDK is not yet available. If you need to check your current usage, please reach out to us via Discord or contact support.We are actively working on a dashboard that will allow you to monitor your SDK usage directly.
